Our onsite estimates are simple and low pressure. Typically taking less then 30 mins (depending on scope of work). We value your time just as much as our own. Our Estimator will start by letting you explain what you want and walk the site while answering any questions you might have. Then take measurements & notes. From there we take the info back to the office, put together a thorough and accurate quote to send back within 24hrs. Our prices NEVER go up. We honor our price, even if we make mistakes and miss something.

Day of service will start between 8:30-9:30am. You will meet the crew and do a walk through to verify everyone is on the same page. Some members will start to bring in protective plastic, equipment, and set up any ramps needed for access during the walkthrough with our crew leader. Most customers leave during service due to noise like tile breaking, grinders and vacuums. Please feel free to stay on site if you'd like! We take extra steps and precautions on every job to protect your home/business from dust and damage. We will give you a call 20-30 mins before completion to meet back on site.

Our crew has a system for every aspect of the service. Whether we are just doing a simple small guest bathroom removal or a 20,000sqft+
strip mall we take every job seriously. After your space has been protected our crew will start the work. Our interior demos will start with cosmetic aspects like countertops, mirrors, and doors. We try to reuse or donate as much material as possible to limit the amount of items being taken to a landfill. Ending with any walls, showers/tubs, or drywall removal. Floor removals start by opening a spot in the floor manually for our machines to do the rest of the heavy lifting.

We use an overlapping system on every job. It keeps all members of the crew busy, moving, and communicating. Crew leads do the heavy removals while supporting members do the fine detailing and clean up as we move through the project. A clean jobsite insures a productive service and a satisfied customer! The crew will take out any tools & equipment they are done with to make room for the final clean up.

After the Scope of work is complete our job doesn't stop there. While our system is extremely clean, there is no way to capture every speck of dust during a demo job. We remove any protective material placed on furniture, vents, and surfaces. Wipe down surfaces even if it looks like it doesn't need it. Vacuum the area and wet mop the floor to ensure any dust that escaped our system is taken care of. We aim to set the standards for our interior demo service higher every year. No excuses.
